The proposed House Bill 3015 would make “healthy corner stores” eligible for Agricultural Linked Deposit Loan Packages of up to $350,000. In the proposed bill, a healthy corner store would be defined as a store that sells primarily fruits, vegetables and meat, and makes no more than 10% of its gross sales from tobacco and alcohol.
